Disabled Visitors requiring a Carer: The support needed must exceed what could be reasonably expected of family/friends already accompanying you, due to disability-related needs. A free Carer ticket can be added to your booking on arrival on presentation of one of the following documents and your carer must be aged 18 or over
Access Card with a +1 symbol
A letter from a GP or consultant confirming the need for a full-time carer, dated within the last 12 months

Pre-booking
ALL visits must be pre-booked online. Please don’t arrive at the gate without a booking, if we’re at capacity, we won’t be able to let you in.
How to book your visit
Add Summer Pass Holder Entry tickets to your basket. Enter your Pass ID numbers in the discount code box (click “Apply” after each and your balance will drop to £0)

Time slots
Please book the time slot that matches your intended arrival and only book one time slot per visit. Entry closes at 1pm, so don’t leave it too late!
Need to cancel a booked visit?
If you’ve already booked your entry tickets but can no longer make it, please let us know by 8am on the day of your visit by emailing: info@cattlecountry.co.uk.
