Please note our offices will be closed from 4pm on 23rd December 2025 until 9am on 2nd January 2026.
Any gift ticket orders received during this time will be actioned when the offices reopen on Friday 2nd January 2026.

Gift Tickets to Cattle Country are valid for one year and make the perfect present!
Please note as these are sent via standard 2nd class post and once sent we are unable to provide tracking details.

Gift Tickets T&Cs
Gift Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Tickets can be redeemed against Farm Park entry but this excludes themed events such as our Christmas and Fireworks event.
Gift Tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class post, to the shipping address provided, please ensure your details are correct before placing your order as we cannot reissue tickets once they have been posted.

You or the recipient will receive one Gift Ticket Voucher in a gold envelope, containing all of the tickets in your order. If you require separate gift tickets for each recipient you will need to place separate orders otherwise all recipients will appear on one Gift Ticket Voucher.
Gift Tickets are charged at peak entry rates so that they can be used at any time during the year, excluding our themed events such as our Christmas & Fireworks events.
All Gifted visits must be booked online in advance via our online ticketing provider following the link above.
The recipient must bring their Gift Ticket Voucher with them on the day. We cannot accept the order confirmation email as proof of purchase, sorry.
Gift Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be extended beyond their original expiry date.

From 30th September 2021 we no longer accept the old-style bright blue Free Entry tickets (with the old Cattle Country logo on) as since November 2020 these have been replaced with new Gift Tickets or Free Entry Tickets.
Temporary Gift Tickets
If you’re worried that the Gift Tickets will not arrive with the recipient in time, you can print this Temporary Gift Ticket at home.
Please note that this is not redeemable against a booking and that Gift Tickets are always posted as soon as possible.
