In order for us to print your ID Card, you’ll need to fill in a few quick details from your confirmation email and upload a clear, front-facing photo of the pass holder. Please complete this form for each passholder.

You'll find your 8 character Pass ID on your Summer Pass Confirmation Emails. You will have a different Email and Pass ID for each passholder.

You’ve ordered your ID card, what’s next?

Once you’ve filled out the form for each person, your cards will be ready to collect on your first visit. Please allow 48 hours between ordering and pickup.

Remember, all visits need to be booked online in advance. Simply add Summer Pass day tickets to your basket, pop your pass card number in as a discount code, and your total will drop to £0.
