A Magical Halloween Adventure for Families
This year, our much-loved pumpkin patch has transformed into an all-new Halloween experience. While you can still pick up the perfect pumpkin from our Pumpkin Shop, you'll also step into the mysterious Witches' Wood, where a friendly witch desperately needs your help.
Plus meet creepy creatures in the animal barn, enjoy spooky games, toast delicious s'mores, explore our huge indoor play barns and discover surprises around every corner.
Join us 10am–4pm on select dates between 3rd and 31st October. Don't forget your wellies!

Witches Wood
Meet Gertrude Frogspawn, Cattle Country's friendly farm witch, who has misplaced something very important. She needs brave young explorers to help solve clues, search through the enchanted woodland and uncover the missing item before Halloween arrives.
Follow the woodland trail, discover hidden surprises and become part of an interactive Halloween adventure that's full of imagination, laughter and family fun.
A full autumn family day out
The adventure doesn't end in Witches' Wood.
Children can climb, bounce and explore our two huge indoor play barns, race around acres of outdoor adventure play, visit the animals, enjoy seasonal entertainment and make unforgettable Halloween memories together.

The Pumpkin Patch is included in the cost of your Cattle Country Farm Park ticket.
To visit the Pumpkin Patch, please book a Cattle Country ticket for one of the following dates:
Weekends in October (4th & 5th, 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th, 25th & 26th)

No, please take your pumpkins home to decorate or carve.

Most of the pumpkins we grow are easily transported by hand, but, if you do need a hand to get your hoard back to the car park, we can lend you a wheelbarrow.

The Farm Park itself is fully accessible for wheelchair users - find more info here.
Depending on the weather, the Pumpkin Patch might be a little tricky to navigate on wheels. Most of the area is laid to grass (which is where all of the games and lots of pumpkins can be found).

Depending on the weather, the Pumpkin Patch might be a little tricky to navigate on wheels. Most of the area is laid to grass (which is where all of the games and lots of pumpkins can be found). The area where we have been growing our own pumpkins is very uneven, bare soil and not suitable for pushchairs.
There will be room to store your pushchair inside the Pumpkin Patch marquee, which is staffed by our team.

We'll be opening the Pumpkin Patch whatever the weather!
Bring waterproof coats, warm clothing and wear sturdy footwear so that you're ready for the autumnal British weather and able to make the most of your day.
We will not be offering refunds for inclement weather.

No, with the exception of assistance dogs, we do not permit dogs anywhere on site.
