A Magical Halloween Adventure for Families

This year, our much-loved pumpkin patch has transformed into an all-new Halloween experience. While you can still pick up the perfect pumpkin from our Pumpkin Shop, you'll also step into the mysterious Witches' Wood, where a friendly witch desperately needs your help.

Plus meet creepy creatures in the animal barn, enjoy spooky games, toast delicious s'mores, explore our huge indoor play barns and discover surprises around every corner.

Witches Wood

Meet Gertrude Frogspawn, Cattle Country's friendly farm witch, who has misplaced something very important. She needs brave young explorers to help solve clues, search through the enchanted woodland and uncover the missing item before Halloween arrives.

Follow the woodland trail, discover hidden surprises and become part of an interactive Halloween adventure that's full of imagination, laughter and family fun.

The adventure doesn't end in Witches' Wood.

Children can climb, bounce and explore our two huge indoor play barns, race around acres of outdoor adventure play, visit the animals, enjoy seasonal entertainment and make unforgettable Halloween memories.

  • Witches’ Wood is our brand-new interactive Halloween experience for 2026. Head into the woodland, follow the clues, discover hidden surprises and help Gertrude find something she is missing.

    It’s designed to be fun, imaginative and family-friendly rather than spooky.

  • No! Witches’ Wood is included with your park admission. 🎃

    When you book your park tickets, you’ll be able to choose a time slot for Witches’ Wood. There’s no extra cost, we just need you to let us know when you’d like to join the adventure.

    If you miss your time slot on the day, we’ll do our best to fit you onto another one. However, our Halloween dates can get very busy, so we can’t guarantee another slot will be available.

  • This year, our Halloween event is looking a little different!

    Rather than our usual Pumpkin Patch, we've created something brand new for 2026 – Witches’ Wood, an immersive woodland adventure where you'll help Gertrude Frogspawn solve her magical mystery.

    But don’t worry, pumpkin lovers! You can still choose the perfect pumpkin to take home from our Pumpkin Shop, with lots of different shapes, sizes and colours to choose from.

    Please note that pumpkins are not included with your admission ticket and are available to purchase separately.

  • The Farm Park itself is fully accessible for wheelchair users - find more info here.

    Witches’ Wood will be set in real woodlands and therefore will unfortunately not be accessible to wheelchairs.

    If you have any questions on the day or need assistance, please speak to a member of our team - they will be very happy to help.

    Witches Wood is set in real woodlands so will not be suitable for pushchairs, but we have ample pushchair parking right outside the experience.

  • Sturdy footwear that you don't mind getting a little muddy, warm clothes and your tickets!

  • We'll be opening whatever the weather!

    Bring waterproof coats, warm clothing and wear sturdy footwear so that you're ready for the autumnal British weather and able to make the most of your day.

    We will not be offering refunds for inclement weather.

  • We love animals, but unfortunately dogs aren't permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.

    This is to help us keep all our farm animals and visitors safe and happy.

  • Nothing goes to waste!

    Any pumpkins left over from the Pumpkin Shop can become a tasty treat or exciting enrichment for our animals. They particularly enjoy having pumpkins to play with and munch on
