  • The Park opens at 10am and you can arrive at any time before 3pm

  • This varies throughout the year as some attractions can only be open in the summer months. We will always have every possible activity or attraction open but please remember that some are not able to be open due to very hot or wet weather. This is to keep our visitors safe. Our Gift Shop accepts cash and our ride on Tractors & jeeps require £1 coins

  • We are only able to allow assistance dogs that have been trained or are being trained by a charity that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK, this is because they have been trained to perform certain tasks for their human partner and will have been thoroughly assessed to ensure they are not a risk to members of the public or other animals on our farm. No other dogs are permitted

  • Sorry, we do don’t refund tickets because it’s raining. We’d recommend that you bring wellies and waterproofs and make the most of the park - we have lots of sheltered areas and our indoor areas are all open. Please take a look at our T&Cs before booking

  • Our team are looking at what Cattle Country membership might look like in the future, but at the moment we have taken the decision not to sell any new memberships. If we relaunch membership you will be the first to know!

  • At Cattle Country we are very happy to support local schools, charities and organisations with their fundraising by supplying free tickets for raffle prizes at upcoming events. Due to the extremely high volume of requests we receive, and to avoid disappointment, this is our policy

We can only consider requests for raffle prize for events or organisations within 10 miles of GL13 9EW. We can't supply tickets for every single request we receive, but we will help as many organisations as we can, especially this winter when we know that funding is short for many very deserving causes

Requests can only be submitted by emailing info@cattlecountry.co.uk at least two weeks in advance of your event in order to be considered

Please provide details of your event including the date of the event, charity number and a name and address to send the tickets to

The free tickets are valid for Park Entry and must be used within three months. They cannot be used at events such as Fireworks or Christmas and we do not offer extensions on free tickets

Tickets will be sent out by 2nd class post to the specified contact, we cannot offer a 'fast-track' collection service for last-minute requests, sorry

  • If you think you’ve left something behind, please email info@cattlecountry.co.uk with a description and photo if possible. Please come and collect found items as soon as possible as lost property will only be kept for one month before it is donated to Charity. If we find any purses or bank cards we will always try to contact you via our booking system

  • If you had a great day with us, we’d love it if you left us a review on Google, Facebook or Tripadvsior.

If you've got any feedback or your visit sadly didn't live up to your expectations this time, please do contact us by email on info@cattlecountry.co.uk so that we can respond directly

You will find our staff throughout the park, they are there to help you get the most out of your visit so please do ask them any questions
