Private Parties

Booking a party here at Cattle Country couldn't be easier. Read the Booking Information below and then follow our simple booking steps - your party will be booked and confirmed in no time!

How to book:

1. Choose your type of party. We cater for four types of parties (Group or Children)

Slide Barn Only Party - When booking a Slide Barn Only Party at Cattle Country, you have exclusive use of the main Slide Barn for a 2 hour party.  Setting up and clearing away time is included in this hire period and should be adhered to.  Hosts/supervising adults and children will be met and head counted at the entrance by a member of staff who will give a short safety talk.

Children's parties must have in attendance two named adult supervisors who are willing to supervise children in the Slide Barn.  Cattle Country can arrange to provide supervision at a cost of £25 per supervisor for a 2 hour party, this must be booked in advance.

Day and Light Party - When booking a party at Cattle Country, you are paying to hire the park for a 2 hour party.  You will have use of the main Slide Barn and outside facilities providing it is daylight and weather permitting.  Setting up and cleaning away time is included in this hire period and should be adhered to.  Hosts/supervising adults and guests will be met and head counted at the entrance by a member of staff who will give a short safety talk.

Children's parties must have in attendance at least four named adult supervisors who are willing to supervise 4 key playing areas;2 inside barn, trampolines and a spare to walk around.  Cattle Country can arrange to provide supervision at a cost of £25 per supervisor for a 2 hour party, this must be booked in advance.  

Please Note Maximum Age for a Childrens Party, is the Birthday Boy or Girls 12th Birthday.

2. Check date and day availability

Check our party availability calendar (below)- private parties can be booked when the park is closed to the public.

SPECIAL SPRING PARTY RATES (April-May)

Monday to Thursday parties £170 for a 2 hour slot.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday parties £185 for a 2 hour slot

3. Telephone to confirm: 01453 810510

Once you've found a date/time that you want, call us to check it's still available and book your slot.

We will then send you a booking form

Please Note your Party Booking is not Confirmed until Payment has been received.

4. Complete a booking form

Once you've checked availability of your chosen party date, download and print the relevant booking form below.

Fill out the details, enclose your payment and post it back to us at Cattle Country, Berkeley Heath, Berkeley, Glos GL13 9EW. If you don't have a printer, give us a call and we'll post you the form.

Please Note your Party Booking is not Confirmed until Payment has been received.

5. All done!

Once your form and payment is received, we'll send you a confirmation letter, and on the day of your visit a member of staff will meet your party at the park entrance. See you soon!

Booking Information

• Children's Party
  For example, a child's birthday party. The party consists of mostly children with a few adults to supervise. Maximum Age for a Childrens Party, is the Birthday Boy or Girls 12th Birthday.
• Group Party (Families, PTAs, Fundraisers etc.)
  When the adult to child ratio is much closer than say a child's birthday party.
• What do I get when I book a party?
  Exclusive use of the park - the park will only be available to your party, not the general public. During daylight the outside play areas available include the new castle on the hill, trampolines, and play equipment in the surrounding area and also the big Slide Barn. When it's dark, only the Slide Barn is available, but there is still plenty to do!
• When can I book a private party?
  Whenever the park is closed to the public - see the Party Calendar to find out what slots are available.
• What does a Children's party cost?
  £185 for a 2 hour slot for up to 40 children  (April-May).
  £195 for a 2 hour slot for up to 40 children (June-July).               Extra children priced at £3 each 
• What does a Group Party cost?
  The price depends on how many people are attending, for how long and what day. If you wish for extra facilities or extra supervision then the prices will increase and you must call us so that we can create a party to suit your needs.
• What staff are available?
  We provide one member of staff to assist and advise, but supervision is your responsibility. It is very important to have designated adults available for this purpose and guidance will be given on how this should be done. If you prefer us to assist with supervision extra staff can be supplied at £12.50 per person per hour.
• Please be aware that we will not take bookings for 18th birthday parties. The total number attending your party must include all adults. No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
