Children's Parties - Cattle Country Adventure Park

Cattle Country can offer you and the family a range of fantastic party options to help celebrate your special occasion!

Exclusive Private Parties 

1. Choose your type of party

Slide Barn (and outside field) Parties.

When booking a slide barn party at Cattle Country you have exclusive use of the site for two hours. Setting up and clearing away time is included in the hire period and this should be adhered to. Hosts/supervising adults and children will be met and head counted at the entrance by a member of staff who will give a short safety talk.

Children's parties must have a minimum of two named adult supervisors in attendance who are willing to supervise children in the slide barn. If outdoor facilities are used, two further supervisors are needed - one to manage the trampolines and another to watch other areas of the field.

Cattle Country can arrange to provide supervision at a cost of £25 per supervisor for a 2 hour party. This must be booked in advance.

The standard party price allows you to bring up to 40 children if it's purely a children's party (eg a birthday). In this case adults often stay to supervise their children, but are not charged.  

A group or family party allows 40 people in total to attend.

Additional guests attending either party will be charged at £3.00 per person. .

You will have use of both the upper Slide Barn and outside facilities in the main field (providing it is daylight and weather permitting).

Please note that the ideal maximum age for a children's birthday party in this area is fourteen. Although older siblings and their friends are fine, parents have found that it is difficult to manage large groups of more senior chidren in this environment.  

For safety reasons alcohol is not allowed on site during parties.  

Ice Skating Parties (available from October to March)

This is for the hire of our synthetic ice skating rink, for up to 30 skaters on the ice at any one time, for a hour and a half duration. The hire charge includes the use of a seperate party room for your food. 

All prices include the hire of ice skates and a member of the Cattle Country team who will meet you at the park entrance and assist during the party. Special skating aids are  available for beginners and children under the age of three.

3. Booking Form

Please print out and fill in the correct booking form, enclose your payment and post it to us at Cattle Country, Berkeley Heath, Berkeley, Glos, GL13 9EW.  If you don't have a printer let us know and we will post out the form.

4. All done!

On the day of your party a member of staff will meet you at the park entrance.

• What is a Children's Party? A children's party consists of mostly children with a few adults present to supervise. 
• What is a Group Party? A group party is a family gathering, PTAs, clubs with families, fundraising events etc. 
• What do I get when I book a party?  Exclusive use of the park - the park will only be available for your party, not the general public. During daylight, the outside play areas available include the new castle on the hill, trampolines, and play equipment in the surrounding area. It also includes the big Slide Barn. When it's dark, only the slide barn is available - but there's still plenty to do!
• When can I book a private party?  You can book a party whenever the park is closed to the public - see the Party Calender to find out what slots are available.
• What does a Group Party cost? The price depends on how many people are attending, for how long and on what day. If you wish for extra facilities or  supervision then the price will increase. Please call us so that we can create a party to suit your needs.
• What staff are available? We provide one member of staff to assist and advise, but supervision is your own responsibility. It is very important to have designated adults available for this purpose. Guidance will be given on how this should be done. If you prefer us to assist with supervision extra staff can be supplied at a cost of £12.50 per person per hour.
• Can we book a party in the slide barn for an 18th birthday? Ideally no, however please contact us so we can find out more details from you. 
• Can we bring barbecues into Cattle Country? Yes you can, but they must be used only in the designated barbecue area.
• Can we bring alcohol to a party? No, for safety reasons, this is not allowed.
